Shipping

  • Prices listed do not include customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

  • For customers residing in Japan, a 10% consumption tax will be added to the total price at checkout.

  • In addition to the product price, shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All customs clearance fees must also be borne by the customer.

  • For questions regarding import duties, please contact your local customs office

Please note: Orders over $150,000 USD are not eligible for insurance coverage during shipping.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and weight of the item.
If delivery is not possible to your country, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

All items purchased through Tokyo Watch Gallery are insured against loss, theft, or damage during transport for your peace of mind.
In the event of any issue during transit, the customer is required to file a claim with the local shipping provider.
We cannot provide compensation if this step is not taken — thank you for your understanding.

At Tokyo Watch Gallery, we ship high-end luxury watches from Japan to trusted markets worldwide, including the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and South Korea. We also serve discerning collectors in Switzerland, Italy, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Monaco, and the Netherlands. Each order is shipped securely via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx, fully insured, with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Orders from Tokyo Watch Gallery are typically processed within 4–5 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We ship exclusively with trusted express carriers such as DHL and FedEx, and all orders include full tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs procedures in your country.

We accept bank transfers as our primary payment method and can also accommodate crypto payments upon request. All payments must be confirmed before order processing begins.

Returns and Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by the day after delivery at sales@tokyowatchgallery.com. We will guide you through the return process. Return shipping will be accepted cash on delivery (COD).

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Please ensure you contact us before sending the item back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is unused and in original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
